(Denver, CO) - Local real estate agent Devin Stackworth, 29, told friends at a dinner party Tuesday that he hasn't written a single line of code "in years".
Stackworth was reportedly a "bit of a crypto expert" before he got into AI. He noted that he had been dabbling in dropshipping in addition to his day-job as a real estate agent.
He reportedly described his latest project, a SaaS platform show-n-tell.ai for scheduling home showings, as "almost done" for the past seven months. "I've gotten my average tokens-per-feature down to three or four hundred thousand," Stackworth told his friebnds. "Literally never could have done this before. Could easily replace Zillow next month."
At press time, Stackworth was asking friends if they would be up to trying the app out by visiting "127.0.0.1".
